REQUIRED MATERIALS
Bucilla Wonder-Knit, Article 3777:
1 skein Main Color (A)
1 skein Contrasting Color (B)
Steel Crochet Hook, Size 0
NOTE(s)
Gauge: 5 sts = 1 inch 2 rnds = 1 inch

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Foundation
With A ch 51, 1 dc in 4th st from hook, * 1 dc in each remaining st, 1 more dc in last st; rpt from * on other side of ch, join (with slip st in back loop of 3rd ch); (100 dc in rnd, including ch 3).
Rnd 2 – Ch 3, do not turn, skip joined st, 1 dc in back loop of each remaining st, join.
Rpt rnd 2, 6 times.
Rnd 9 – Lay a 3 inch rubber band on top of work, working over 1 strand of band rtp rnd 2, pushing sts together on band, fasten off.
Crocheting the Fringe
Wind B around 3 inch cardboard, cut at one end; hook a 1-strand Fringe in each free loop of first 5 rnds.
