Back of Pert Bonnet
Ch 26 tightly.
Pattern for Pert Bonnet
Row 1 — right side — 1 sc in 2nd st from hook, * work shell as follows: ch 2, yo, draw up a loop in next st, yo, through 2 loops, draw up a loop in next st, yo, through 2 loops, yo, through all loops on hook (eye of shell), ch 2, this completes shell; 2 sc in next st; repeat from *, end last repeat with 1 sc in last st; 8 shells.
Row 3 — Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in 2nd st, ch 2, 1 sc in each of next 2 sts, * work shell as in row 1 over next 2 sts, 1 sc in each of next 2 sts *; repeat between *’s working last shell over last dc and turning ch, end with eye of shell; 7 shells and 1 half shell at each side.
Row 4 — Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in eye of the half shell, 4 dc in eye of each shell, end with 2 dc in dc of last half shell.
