Petal for Daffodil Potholder
With Yellow ch 13, sk 1 ch, sc in next ch, hdc in next ch, (2 dc in next ch, dc in next ch) 4 times, hdc in next ch, 3 sc in end ch, on other side of ch make hdc in next st, (dc in next st, 2 dc in next st) 4 times, hdc in next st, sc in next st.
Row 2 – Ch 1, turn, sk sc, sc in next 3 sts, hdc in next 2 sts, dc in next 9 sts, 2 dc in next st, (2 dc, ch 3, sl st in last dc for a p, and 2 dc) in next sc, 2 dc in next sc, dc in next 9 sts, hdc in next 2 sts, sc in next 3 sts, sc in center of end, join to 1st sc. Fasten off. Make 5.
Cup for Daffodil Potholder
With Orange ch 2, 3 sc in 2d ch from hook.
Row 2 – Ch 1, turn, sc in 2 sc, 2 sc in end sc.
