Material: “STAR” PEARL COTTON Article 90, size 5
Quantity: 1 ball each Bright Red and Lt. Emerald or White
Size of Needle: steel 7

OR

Material: “PURITAN” CROCHET COTTON Article 40
Quantity: 1 ball each Red and Kelly Green or White
Size of Needle: steel 7

OR

Material: “DE LUXE” CROCHET COTTON Article 346
Quantity: 1 ball each Red and Kelly Green or White
Size of Needle: steel 7

AND

6 Inches Medium Wire
1 Small Safety Pin

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

With Green or White ch 3, s c in 2nd st from hook, sl st in next st of ch, ch 3 to turn all rows.

2nd Row. Sl st in 3rd st from hook, sl st in next sl st, s c in next s c.

3rd Row. Sl st in 3rd st from hook, s c in next s c, sl st in next sl st. Repeat the last 2 rows until strip measures about 4 1/2 inches, cut thread leaving a length. Sew the 2 ends together.

With Red embroider 4 groups of 3 French knots at intervals.

Crocheting the Bow

With Red ch 50, cut thread. Tie a bow and sew in position as illustrated.

Cut wire to size of wreath and overcast to wrong side. Sew pin to left of bow on wrong side.
