4th Row – Ch 1, turn, skip first st, 1 s c in each st, 3 s c in top st of every point, skip 2 sts between squares, skip next to the last st, 1 s c in last st.

Sew 3 blue squares to each set of green squares, as follows (see illustration): lay the last row of a blue square, wrong side up, together with the end of rows on left edge of a green square, and sew them together with blue yarn No. 446, taking up end threads of rows and both threads of the blue sts. Take the sts close together, but be careful not to have seams draw.

Sew the 5 strips of green and blue squares together as shown in illustration, and then sew in the 5 triangles at each side.

Small Squares at Upper End of Pyramid Afghan

Follow directions for blue squares for the first 18 rows, and break off. Make 3 of these small squares, then make 2 triangles for the sides, following directions for the first 18 rows of the large triangles. Place as shown on chart and sew them in.
