REQUIRED MATERIALS

5 Big Balls (Any Color) Princess Pearl Crochet Cotton, Size 5
1 Steel Crochet Hook, No. 3 1/2

NOTE(s)

These instructions call for a scarf measuring about 52 inches long. If a scarf only 45 inches long is wanted, exclusive of fringe, four balls of Pearl Crochet Cotton will be sufficient. A chain of 79 stitches will make a scarf about 9 inches wide. This is a good width.

Select any color desired. The following colors are good, and would make fashionable scarves: Grey, White, Cream, Navy Blue, Black, and Brown.

If desired you can have the scarf one color and have the double border at each end another color. Some good combinations for this scarf crochet pattern are: White with a border of Navy Blue, Navy Blue with a border of White, Cream with a border of Tan, Tan with a border of Navy Blue.
