STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
With Cinnamon Spangle or Brown ch 16, s c in 2nd st from hook, 1 s c in each remaining st of ch, drop Cinnamon Spangle or Brown, attach Silver Spangle or White (when changing color always complete last half of last st worked with next color), ch 1, turn. Always work over thread not used.
2nd Row - Work 1 s c in each s c, drop thread, pick up Cinnamon Spangle or Brown, ch 1, turn.
3rd Row - Working in s c, decrease 1 st at the beginning and end of row (to decrease: * insert hook in next st, pull loop through, repeat from * once, thread over and work off all loops at one time), drop thread, pick up Silver Spangle or White.
Repeat last 2 rows until 3 sts remain.
14th Row - 1 s c in each s c, drop Silver Spangle or White, pick up Cinnamon Spangle or Brown, ch 1, turn.
15th Row - Skip 1 st, decrease in next 2 sts, ch 150 for cord, join in same space, cut thread.
Work another section in same manner, cut thread at end of 15th row, do not ch 150. Sew the 2 sections together, filling slightly with kapok.
