My Blue Victorian Thread Holder

by Danita Cronin
(South Paris, ME)

I made a thread holder in 2010 just to try the pattern but fell in love with the holder afterwards. I have been using it every since.

It is one of the prettiest way to access my thread while I am working on a project. It is so comfortable on the wrist and it allows me to take my work anywhere with so much ease. So for me, this is one of my most favorite crocheting accessory that I have.

Blue Victorian thread holder

I, think it would be a lot nicer to hold my yarn then the one I have now, because mine always comes apart when I need to change colors.

That looks awesome!

I wonder how well the thread ball rotates. It seems like friction would cause it to catch? I'd love to know how well it works.
