Easy Way to Thread Sewing Needle with Thread

Take a piece of dental floss and fold it in half and insert folded end of dental floss through the eye of the needle and then place the end of the yarn you want to use through the loop made by the folded dental floss and pull both through the eye of the needle.

Thanks for the tip,Sandra. I'll give it a try. My main problem is that I have a hard time seeing the hole in the needle. I bought some easy thread sewing machine needles but haven't tried them yet.It looks like a little hook on the side of the needle that you slip the thread into. Will let you know if they are worth the price.
