Crochet Hook Conversion Chart

This chart will give you an idea of which hook size to try if a crochet hook or pattern is labeled with a different sizing system than you are familiar.

When using a crochet hook you aren't familiar with, we recommend you do a couple of stitches (a sample) of the pattern that you plan to crochet so you can get a sense of what the final gauge of the project will be.

If you are looking for a specific crochet hook, check out the crochet hooks section of our crochet supplies page. If you have any further questions about this crochet hook conversion chart, please let us know.
